The girl who struggled with injustice and who was forced to accept everything did not give up.
In 2021, the government fell. The Taliban came and took over all of Afghanistan causing everything to change. It was hard to believe it all. This difficult situation caused a lot of changes in my life. At that time, I was in grade 12 at school. I was studying and trying hard. I was very serious about my lessons and when I graduated from school, I passed the university entrance Kankor exam successfully and succeeded in economics. I was very interested in college and I always dreamed of becoming a dentist. Unfortunately, when the Taliban came they did not allow me to study. The Taliban imposed strict legal conditions that did not allow women or girls the right to study or even to go out alone. It was unbelievable for me to accept these laws. I had completely lost hope.
Over time, I learned to cope with the changes and began accepting everything little by little. I decided I should not give up on my studies and I continued to learn English. Once I began learning, I started teaching other girls English. It was a great way to guide others and stay positive in a difficult situation. I hope to master English and one day become a great dentist.
