The Women’s Solidarity Association for Women officially held its inaugural meeting on October 17, 2022, which was accompanied by the financial and technical assistance of UNHCR, Intersos and PartecipAzione.
At the beginning of the program, the president of the Women’s Solidarity Association for Women, Mrs. Siddiqa Mushtaq, welcomed all the guests and participants in the program and mentioned the goals and programs of this association and thanked all those who had cooperated in the programs.

He was invited to speak about the question that was raised. The lady was asked what future the Afghan refugees have in Italy.
He raised the problems faced by the refugees and talked about the programs of UNHCR.

The next speaker of this assembly was Mrs. Flavia Calò, coordinator ambulatorio Intersos 24, and she also gave her answer to the same question.

In the next episode, a video prepared by members of the Women’s Solidarity Association for Women was shown for the fence.
In this video, the members were briefly introduced and talked about their vision, mission, goals, and future plans and the activities they had done during the year.

In the next part of the program, three guests were asked to speak in a panel on the topic of Afghanistan, the rights of women and underprivileged children, and these guests were given time for one hour, and at first, Dr. Nessa Mohammadi, a member of the leadership board of the association and also an expert In matters of women’s reproductive health in Afghanistan, they talked about the challenges and health problems of Afghan women and provided solutions.
In the next episode, Ms. Barbara Schiavulli, a talented Italian reporter, talked about the situation of girls’ education and pointed out the existing challenges and reminded of the reports she prepared about Afghanistan.

In the last part of the panel, Mr. Amin Vahidi, a young Hazara activist and independent director, talked about the situation of the Hazara people in Afghanistan who are under targeted and systematic attacks and a large number of Hazara people who lost their lives in various attacks and accidents. He mentioned the global campaign in support of the Hazara people in cyber space and said that the Hazara people want the recognition of the genocide of the Hazara people.
This panel was moderated by Mr. Dawood Yousefi and after the talks, questions and answers were conducted by the participants in the program.

At the end of the program, Mrs. Saleha Yaqoubi, one of the members of the leadership board of the association, thanked and appreciated all the organizations and organizations that had cooperated with the Women’s Solidarity Association for Women during one year.

The opening party of the Women’s Solidarity Association for women ended with taking group photos and cutting the cake and welcoming the guests.
